In 2000 the LCC purchased three railroad piers from Norfolk & Southern Railroad and developed them into an "outdoor sport climbing gym" (admission is always free!).

Why we did it...
To guarantee access
To create a safe place for climbers and instruction
To further the sport of climbing in the area

TRESTLES UPDATE...The trail was very soupy this year! We have a plan to improve the area!

This is our club drill. It is a 24 volt Bosch Annihilator. It can be lent to anyone wanting to ("ethically") bolt a local route.
